Everett Brooks is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Avocent, a leading global provider of IT infrastructure management solutions for enterprise data centers and small to medium size businesses. Everett wears a number of hats including mergers and acquisitions. This includes developing and maturing the M&A strategy, identifying targets, negotiating transactions and supporting implementation and operational integration.
